From the very first days of launching Coffee News®, as a franchise opportunity, we have been very aware that owners of a franchise need to be up to date and knowledgeable.
With this in mind, Head Offices have developed training courses that are designed to make the journey begin on the right foot.
All North American publishers attend a COFFEE NEWS® COLLEGE
to attend three full days of basic introductory training beginning.
This program is designed specifically for new publishers and publishers
who have never attended a COFFEE NEWS® COLLEGE.
Internationally
In other countries, training is provided on a one to one basis or in a group setting
depending on the numbers and locations of new publishers, All new publishers World
Wide are given the tools to succeed in this wonderful home business.
The process may vary to some degree depending on the location of your Head Office.
In New Zealand and Australia for example Head Offices provide one-on-one training for all new publishers. As much time as necessary is available,going through the systems manual, procedures and train them in all aspects of Coffee News®. This can be on Head Office premises or locally and new publishers can keep coming back as much as they need to . They also have an annual conference or training workshop and ongoing mentoring and support as required.
